A Survey of HISs with Information Systems Success Model

Hospital Information System (HIS) is a form of healthcare information system that globalized and applied in the medical sector. Researchers, doctors, management are all interested rate success HISs; therefore it's continuous study topic. At this research, we created new tool to assess HIS center based on perspectives users. The research was place Ebnesina Mashhad, Persia, at Dr. Hejazi Mental Center Educational Facility. A self-administered standardized questionnaire Systems Success Model (ISSM) used gather data, it included seven factors: systems quality, data quality service, use, applicability, fulfillment, positive externalities. An advisory group checked content's legitimacy. Cronbach alpha test consistency stability dimensions. To examine importance relationships between variables, Correlation regression determined. On basis user feedback, has been established. approximately 125 participants. content validity index (CVI) 0.8 ratio (CVR) 0.86 were by an committee verify item. instruments have overall Cronbach's 0.9. Between analyzed dimensions, Pearson’s correlation coefficient revealed substantial connections. In institution under investigation, averaged 65 percent. (CI: 64 percent, 67 percent). greatest rates found aspects "effectiveness," "systems quality," "positive externalities." Future might employ evaluate HIS. technique for calculating depending feedback This strategy enables institutional chances be compared. Our results also highlight clients developing economy.
